What We Did Well

• Good communication on what needs to get done in terms of tasks
• Programmers communicated well when they had problems with code
• Dealt with impediments well

What We Didn't Do Well

• Lack of communication and understanding about logging hours and check ins

How We Can Improve

• Showing examples of how to log hours and do daily check ins would make it clearer to everyone on the team.
• Break tasks down into steps to write in the description during the sprint planning meeting
