Обновлена модель для блоков с тарифами: изменены некоторые поля и добавлено поле block_type, что бы использовать одну модель для двух страниц (страница с тарифами и агентствами), так как одинаковая структура.
Во view post добавлен запуск валидаторов перед сохранением в базу.
Обновлена админка: добавлены более читаемые значения.
