scripts directory contain Python applications

runs directory contain C++ files which allow run some apps

Set up project

1. Download and install GPSTK 8.0.0 (C++ library)

2. Install Python 3.8.5+

1. sudo apt install -y python3-pip or you can use pyenv
2. Install pip-tools
3. pip install -r scripts/requirements/base.txt
