2nd NTSC fix attempt

No change to the HEX, just the C64 side software. Please read #1 for further information.

Attempt at NTSC timout fix.

All I did was triple the maximum timeout. PAL still works fine but I don't have a NTSC machine to test with.

This is just the C64 side software. There is no change to the AVR firmware. Use the .HEX file from the previous release.

Direct mode fix

Last version broke the ability to enter direct mode. Now fixed.

Also, new version of C64-side application. Main change is that the repeat delay on the mapping editor has been increased to make the delay actually useful.

TURBO FIRE speed toggle

TURBO FIRE speed can now be toggled between FAST and SLOW (but still fairly quick) by pressing SELECT + DOWN.

Fixed AVR clock speed not being set properly and re-jigged SNES pad reading code to be more SNES like.
