jitsi: add auto_updates true

Adds auto_updates true to jitsi.

The jitsi cask uses Sparkle for updates (see livecheck sparkle feed), meaning the application can update itself outside of Homebrew. Adding auto_updates true ensures the metadata accurately reflects the app’s update behavior.
