Sponsor jobs

• new API routes to add/get job posts
• new admin UI to approve/reject job posts
• new public form for sponsor to add jobs, it has an ID in the url which can be reset by the admin, and job add need to be enable by the admin.
• fix categories/format filters not working in sessions

• add jobs to the static API
