Added Dockerfile

I wanted to run this in a docker, so added a Dockerfile. Image is also up on dockerhub.

Could you add a default /config volume mount to the docker-compose such that it is more obvious how to load config files into the container?

Sorry if this is really pedantic, it's very nice that you have added the docker stuff :)
