기존은 상태 updater에서 처리했기 때문에 side effect가 발생 추가로 Portfolios의 Filter에서 스타일 공유화 및 스토리에서 rsc관련 처리 수정
불필요한 이벤트 핸들러 실행으로 인한 버그 가능성 제거
MemoTable에서 icon없이 사용할 경우가 생겨서
우선 antd의 것을 활용해서 제작. memos에서 사용하지만, 다른 곳에서도 쓸 수 있어보여서

portfolios의 modal 동작 완료 후 닫기, 메모 연결 기능 임시 활성화
Memos쪽은 제작 거의 완료 (연결 기능 임시 활성화 제외)
제대로 된 연결은 filtered dropdown 부터 제작해야 하고, api 처리도 따로 추가해야해서 일단 미룸.
