Upgrade Google Mobile Ads SDK to version 12, which contains a number of breaking changes (renames).
Bump this plugin's major version to 2 as we need to change our dependency spec in
Package.swiftandUID2GMAPlugin.podspec.json.I have verified that both UID2 and EUID adapters are still called in the dev app.
