Race Progress Bar innacurate

I've noticed that the progress bar at the bottom of the Race Replay screen has in accurate labels. In the image below, lap 21 is currently being previewed, however based on the progress bar, it looks like lap 23 or 24 should be selected

Hey @IAmTomShaw! I have opened a PR to fix the progress bar lap label misalignment.
