What this PR does / why we need it:
Remove edb license job as it's no longer required and is causing edb to restart without a purpose which causes issues for other deployments. Have the cluster crs start based on a different secret reference. Look for
postgresql-operator-controller-manager-readysecret annotation instead.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
