What does this mean?

i think it s only missing one point:
We don't want people to get afraid of using dict(). We can say something like : "Dictionaries are designed to handle insertions efficiently, with average-case O(1) time complexity per insertion for a small size dict. But it is problematic for large size dict. In this case, we 'd better find an alternative (list, numpy and panda lists)"
