removed comments from urdfs and update interface launch file of irb6640 ros_actions were creating problem and urdf were not letting ros controllers load.

…e aruco discovered and added functionalities like camera and custom world for the IRB120 arm also
…] in IRB6640 moveit config folder because MoveItConfigsBuilder needs it to operate
…hser will publish error and pose of aruco marker. To do it uses multithread as moveit_group is taking space already.
