Update for Mac OS X Sequoia 15.4 (24E248)

New update of Mac OS X Sequioia 15.4 bundles with XCode 16.3. But the installation script only works with XCode 16.2 and some other packages needs to be downgraded as well.

Downgrades and manual installs

Packages that needs downgrade

• XCode 16.2
• Cmake 3.31.6
• Asio 1.30.2

Also ogre1.9 has dependency to new cmake too (in brew install configuration)

• Manually install ogre1.9

Source install of Gazebo Harmonic

• With all those downgrades applied, the gazebo has to be installed manually from the source code using the python virtual environment of the ROS installation.
