Did you actually check what it does with these limits when offset != 0? This feels weird to me that it applies limits to dial positions but user setpoints - we should check this isn't just an ophyd-async bug... not sure if DLS use offsets much

A newer version of ophyd-async[ca] exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.
