What do these changes do?

  • Adds more makefile help comments
  • Adds helmfile-sync makefile target
  • Adds potential extra points to README.md
  • Adds (purely for conveniance) k8s makefile targets up & leave
  • Adds reflector to copy secrets between makefiles automatically
  • Changes: Use env-var K8S_MONITORING_FQDN in favor of k8s.monitoring.{{ requiredEnv "MACHINE_FQDN" }}
