What do these changes do?

  • reduce the initial patch calls (there was a bug in the initial Folder ID, Workspace ID and description values)

Bonus

  • reduce the calls for presigned link
  • Fix: Open Study location context
  • Fix: STATE_VOLUMES -> STATES_VOLUMES
