What do these changes do?
This PR allows users to convert
standaloneapps topipeline. This operation can be done from both the dashboard (project closed) or the study editor (project open).In both cases the user will be asked whether the project shall be converted to a pipeline or make a copy of the project and convert the copy to a pipeline.
If the operation is triggered with the project open, it will first need to be closed (projects can't be duplicated when they are open)
