🎨 [Frontend] Remove S4L's border and Enhance PO Center

What do these changes do?

In order to make the rocket look more integrated in the platform UI, now that its color scheme is more osparc-like, this PR removes the border of the iframe when it shows a s4l service.

Bonus PO Center (requested by @JavierGOrdonnez):

• Show pending user's request date
• Make text selectable
