Update to TensorAlgebra 0.4

This updates to ITensor/TensorAlgebra.jl#82.

Unfortunately it is blocked right now since only BlockSparseArrays.jl v0.10 is updated for TensorAlgebra 0.4, but GradedArrays.jl needs to get upgraded to BlockSparseArrays.jl v0.10 (ITensor/GradedArrays.jl#62).
