Also adds tests for polar and orth functions. Builds off of ITensor/BlockSparseArrays.jl#124, ITensor/BlockSparseArrays.jl#125, and ITensor/BlockSparseArrays.jl#122.
Note that there is a bug in the polar decomposition for equivariant tensors, the corresponding tests are marked as broken. I'll investigate that in a future PR.
