Set for v2.0.0 release (breaking change in PR #47). This was done in the about file for the actual package, and in the citation and Zenodo files for references. Updated license to go through this year.
Also, set @zoeduan's citation to preferred name (as done in 9c7067e) and added both @EmersonFras and @Dahlializi to citation.
