This PR adds a new blogpost for plotting with Bokeh in Django.
I can change the date as I realise aiming for end of February now could be optimistic! :)
Note: I am a bit confused about the spellcheck -- is it meant to not detect spelling errors within a code block? I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if all of the 'spelling errors' that occur within the code need to be added to the wordlist.
