Replace deprecated HuggingFaceChatModel with OpenAiChatModel

[Copilot]

HuggingFaceChatModel was deprecated in langchain4j 1.7.0-beta13 and marked for removal. The migration path uses OpenAiChatModel with HuggingFace's router API.

Changes

• JabRefChatLanguageModel: Replaced HuggingFaceChatModel with OpenAiChatModel for HUGGING_FACE provider

  • Updated builder API: accessToken() → apiKey(), modelId() → modelName()
  • Added baseUrl() configuration and logging options

• AiProvider: Updated HuggingFace API URL to https://router.huggingface.co/v1

• AiTabViewModel: Enabled API base URL configuration for HuggingFace (previously disabled like Gemini)
