First good step!
We can check from here how this can be integrated seamlessly in the available Arduino IDE and VSCode extensions, with zero or minimal configuration from user side.

This branch added files to integrate cortex-debugger in arduino-core-psoc6, after installing the cortex-debugger extension in vscode and copy and rename the tasks.json under .vscode, the Cortex-debugger can be directly run.
