Description of the change
Add two new keys to the s3 panel (pathStyleAccess and workingDirectoryPath) . Already region's variable of onyxia see:
https://github.com/InseeFrLab/onyxia/blob/162c26e52505588044f7d0a092e606de01fa6b49/web/src/core/ports/OnyxiaApi/XOnyxia.ts#L118C15-L118C30
those variables will be add to the env var from the S3 secret.
