Cherry-picked Plutarch fibonacci submission from PR #28: - CPU units: 159,193,455,218 - Memory units: 583,897,822 - Script size: 50 bytes - Implements fibonacci using fix point combinators

This PR has been superseded by #32 due to merge conflicts with recent reporting system changes. The new PR cleanly integrates only the Plutarch submission files and regenerates the reports from scratch to avoid conflicts. Thank you @SeungheonOh for the contribution! 🚀 |

Adds Plutarch implementation of fibonacci benchmark case.
I provided two different implementations with varying trade offs. I'm not sure how I can represent both cases as a single entry. Should I make a different submission?
