Refreshed flake.lock to update CHaP, cardano-node, hackageNix, iohk-nix, and nixpkgs inputs to their latest revisions.
- Bump ruff-pre-commit to v0.12.1, markdownlint-cli to v0.45.0, rstcheck to v6.2.5, and poetry to 2.1.3 in .pre-commit-config.yaml. - Add markdownlint disable comment for MD059 in test_types.md and uat_strategy.md. - Remove unused ruff noqa comment in cluster_nodes.py. - Add noqa for import in common.py to satisfy linter.
Update multiple dependencies to their latest compatible versions. Adjust Python version requirement to >=3.11,<4.0 to match updated dependencies.
Upgraded the nixpkgs input from nixos-24.11 to nixos-25.05 in flake.nix and updated the corresponding lock file. This brings in the latest package updates, security patches, and improvements from the NixOS 25.05 release.
Upgrade pyrefly from version 0.21.0 to 0.22.0 in both pyproject.toml and poetry.lock. Update code comments and type ignore directives to match new pyrefly linting and type checking requirements.
