This adds end-to-end tests for
bls12_381_G1_multiScalarMulandbls12_381_G2_multiScalarMul. The scripts are bypassed for the time being since the node currently being used bycardano-node-testsdoesn't know about the functions that are being tested. The tests will be automatically enabled when node 10.7.0 becomes available.
