This is very patched together. Added teacher portal functionality (portal=teacher) BUT the way it's implemented is very messy because I don't understand the framework.
Also added a case manager function to get the case manager from a Case Manger class instead of from a form. (There isn't a config option to choose which method, so that'd be good)
Added a CSS class to the forms to prevent page breaks at awkward spots. Now will push the entire container to the next page if it's too big. Not sure if this was already in there but I couldn't find it
