Peripheral-Spike-Sorting

Spike sorting pipelines for electrophysiology data recorded outside the brain (e.g., colon, stomach)

Installation

To run the spike sorting demo, you will need to set up a virtual environment (conda or venv) using the requirements.txt file in the spike-sorting directory. You will also need to follow this guide to set up docker. To view the sorting outputs, you will need to install phy.

Running the Code

Once everything is installed, you can use the MATLAB function in data-preparation to save loaded data from the ripple in the correct format. Then, you can run the Colon-Demo notebook.
