The short and sweet of the World Power family of parts is the provision of inflating parts, clusterable in a hexagon grid as in other space games (namely: Surviving Mars), and whose purpose is to provide free energy to the landed settlement on the given planet. The hexagron grid attachment is provided by radial outward stack nodes at the bottoms of the parts.

Wind & solar

This section comes in bundles. A wind turbine balanced against those in Planetside Exploration Tech and a solar panel with advanced and concentrator tiers with reference to the upgrade-able solar panels in Near Future Solar.

Bundle 1

imgur This bundle features the classic Mars colonization fantasy large turbine and a large square solar panel with yaw based Sun tracking and manual pitch adjustment. The solar panel is built for use near a planet's poles, not its equator.

Bundle 2

imgur This bundle features a turbofan-like large turbine which uses the Venturi effect which is effectively ram air effect with its own impelling component, and a solar panel meant for creating very long, low profile arrays as seen on solar farms.

Solar thermal

Bowl

imgur A concentrating solar panel which includes its own generator and a very modest built-in thermal energy storage. Nominal charge rate is 0.76 ThP/s and it holds 400 ThP.

Tower

imgur The concentrating solar tower. It spans 120m and has arc size selections but it currently has no nodes for participating in a hex grid and it includes no generator. Nominal charge rate is 467.35 ThP/s and it holds 3080 ThP.

Convectors

Gulf Stream

imgur The "Gulf Stream" series radiator convector is an open cycle device. It offers a few magnitudes more cooling than most radiators can but at the cost of requiring an atmosphere or a very generous water supply.

It can provide its service to anything at any loop temperature. Separate heat exchanger parts are required for pushing the heat down from higher temperature heat loops in order for the Gulf Stream to be able to cool everything as it is meant to.

Note

It provides a very great loop volume and operates at 300 K with System Heat.

Radiators

Farmer's Panel

imgur Based on the solar panel 2 is the Radiator 1, codenamed "Farmer's Radiator" which features heading adjustment to match its side stack nodes and create very long, low-profile arrays like solar farms. It also features three temperature options for optimizing performance.
