It is a little strange to queue on the EDT from here. Why not just call this as the first thing in hadSuccess?

I moved the clear to the hadSuccess

Added a new GUI panel called DatabaseCleanupPanel for searching for the largest TmWorkspaces, and then allowing the user to select and remove them. It calls 2 REST endpoints on the backend for searching for the largest workspaces and removing a list of workspace ids. There are separate pull requests for jacs-compute and jacs-model changes.
