Update Docker Compose configuration for JanusGraph and dependencies

• Removed version: "3" so that docker-compose will use the latest version.
• I bumped up some of the docker image versions. I've tested in my local machine and it works fine. I think I can even go with higher versions, but then I think I have to change some environment parameters, which I am not sure about yet.
• I've also added janusgraph-visualizer, which allows visualizing the graph at http://localhost:3001/. Note that the value of host in the web app has to be set to jce-janusgraph instead of localhost, which is the default value.
