Getting started

1. Install and run phi3:mini with Ollama.

Download Ollama from here https://github.com/ollama/ollama?tab=readme-ov-file Then start the LLM phi3:mini in command prompt using "ollama run phi3:mini"

2. Setup virtual environment for the chatbot with the dependencies

Navigate to chatbot folder python -m venv .venv (Sets up the virtual environment folder named .venv) .venv/scripts/activate (Runs the activation script to activate the virtual environment) pip install -r requirements.txt (Installs the dependencies listed in the requirements.txt)

3. Install node module dependencies

Navigate to client folder npm i (Installs the dependencies)

4. Start the client and chatbot servers

Navigate to chatbot folder flask --app main run

Navigate to client folder npm run dev

You can now access the application at localhost:3000

1. /admin: Dashboard for updating or deleting events
2. /admin/event: For adding an event
3. /admin/news: For removing an event
4. /: Home page
5. /news: News page
6. /news/[id]: Page of a news article
7. /events: Events page
8. /event/[id]: Page of an event

Important Info

1. The AI chatbot will not work on the deployed website as the chatbot backend has not been hosted.
