GMN pass 2

This release is a snapshot of the SBS-offline code that will be used in the "official" pass 2 cooking of the SBS GMN dataset.

SBS-offline pass 0 release version

This release is the final version of the SBS-offline code that will be used for the first-pass cooking of the SBS-GMN dataset, which we are calling "pass 0". This release is being generated for the purpose of reproducibility of the first-pass analysis.
