Since I'm not a JetBrains employee, I can't promise anything. And obviously, your locally built intellij-community can't use JetBrains' closed-source plugins.

toIdePathdirectly uses the remote path for EEL to resolve, avoiding the exception caused byPaths.get()resolving/home/...on Windows, thus preventing plugins from being mistakenly judged as unresolved.
