Updated to the latest TensorFlow

  • Needed to use newer tensorflow than supported
    • Could not get master to work on my GPU due to incompatibilities between my OS, drivers, and the last TF version to fully support V1 APIs
  • I am better at getting stuff like this to work than editing images, and the SoTA is NVIDIA-proprietary (no repo available)
  • Tested by editing some photos for a family member, seems to work as expected
