e107 core login_menu plugin

This plugin is public just for able to sync it directly with sync plugin. Don't use it if you don't know what you are doing.

Changes:

• workaround for problem with translantion. English has only one way how tu display numbers for statistics, our languages need 3 different forms or different wording (word's order). You can left it wrong way on live site, it just don't look good.
