Summary

Preparation and eventual release of the Universal ReVanced Manager v1.7.0. This release will be a larger release, and include a variety of features and bug fixes.

Completed Tasks

• Add favorites to the custom file picker feat: Save favorite directory on select apk screen #77
• Add the device architecture to the search query for version lookups feat: Add device arch to browser search query #79
• Allow the user to choose the search engine used for version search query in Settings > Advanced
• Fix the updater so it doesn't prompt users to downgrade (to update) when they are using a dev build/a higher version than available on the releases page
• Have dev builds use "-dev" in the version number and configure the update system to prompt users to update when the corresponding stable release of the build releases
• Update the installation flow for the system installer to request "Install unknown apps" if not already granted by the user
• Remove redundant "Apply" and "Cancel" buttons from the theme preview widgets in Settings > General feat: remove redundant components in Theme settings #78
• Add a settings option to toggle the version tags on the patch selection page
• Update "Configure updates" prompt to specific "Official ReVanced Patches" instead of "ReVanced Patches" on the dialog
• Hide apps from the app selector screen that no available patches (and only use universal patches) when universal patches are toggled off feat: hide apps with that only use universal patches when they are toggled off #80
