Mostly just a release to fix gpio-hog support.

- Fixed gpio-hog support
- SPI boot now loads an environment

Release 20250323
From this point on I'm going to release changes based on U-Boot releases rather than master or next. This should make my life easier.

Release 20250209
A few small changes before we jump to a new U-Boot soon.
Changes:
- Releases are now patches, apply them against the mainline release
- PWM uses 'apb' node instead of 'apb0'
- Properly fix UART2 on the T113

Release 20241018
This merges in the final v2024.10 U-Boot release.
There is a minor breaking change here: The D1 PWM driver now uses 'apb' instead of 'apb0' to stay compatible with the work in progress kernel driver which hasn't been merged yet. Hopefully this is the last device tree change for it.
