Hi, thanks a lot for this MR.
However, I prefer to keep the "$" to make obvious that those are command line commands.

Normally, copying the commands starting with
$is slightly harder (you have to copy each line seperately not picking the$, which can be annoying). So I removed the$signs and made it so you can copy and paste all commands at once (or line-by-line)
