migrate to nativescript v6. update also the demo application. update README.md file. increase version to 2.0.0 because this is a major release. update gitignore file to not include package_lock.json file

I have updated the plugin to work correctly with nativescript v6.
I have also updated the demo application inside the plugin.
I have tested with both demo application and my local application.
