I forgot that I need a new dispatch in `con_nonlinprog!`, since the terminal constraints are linear for `NonLinModel` thus they do not appear there.

I forgot that I need a new dispatch in
con_nonlinprog!function, since the terminal constraints are linear forNonLinModel+MultipleShooting, thus they do not appear in this function (they are in the linear inequality constraint matrix)Added some new constraint violation tests to cover this specific case.
