Custom move blocking pattern is a way of specifying long control horizon$H_c$ without increasing the number of decision variable. This feature is a bit less common than normal control Horizon IMO, so I documented it in details in
move_blocking, which is in the internal section (to avoid too much text inLinMPCorNonLinMPCdocumentation), but I included a link tomove_blockingin the two constructors.
