Update Mooncake support to 0.5 and friendly tangents in forward mode

This PR:

• Updates Mooncake support to 0.5.
• Adds support for friendly tangents in forward mode. Currently it needs to live in DI until a better interface is designed in Mooncake (Expand the forward-mode interface to support caching and friendly tangents chalk-lab/Mooncake.jl#917).
