CompatHelper: bump compat for ForwardDiff to 1, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the ForwardDiff package from 0.10 to 0.10, 1.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

The ArrayFunction... test failures on Julia 1.11 are the same as on the master branch but there are a few new test failures (related to acosh it seems). Those resemble test failures on ForwardDiff#master so it is possible that they are introduced here due to ForwardDiff 1.

Not ideal, of course, but https://github.com/JuliaDiff/ReverseDiff.jl/actions/runs/14131137700/job/39591493233?pr=272 confirms that the test errors on Julia 1.11 are not introduced by ForwardDiff 1 but already exist on the master branch.
