Implement missing merge/merge! functions for AlgR and AlgL algorithms

This PR implements the missing merge and merge! functions for the unweighted sampling algorithms AlgR and AlgL, which were previously throwing "To Be Implemented" errors.

Changes Made

Core Implementation

• Added get_ps functions for MultiAlgRSampler and MultiAlgLSampler that calculate probabilities based on seen_k values
• Implemented reduce_samples_hypergeometric function that uses the hypergeometric distribution for proper unweighted sampling without replacement, as required for these algorithms
• Added Base.merge functions for both MultiAlgRSampler and MultiAlgLSampler that create new merged samplers
• Added Base.merge! functions for both algorithms that update the first sampler in-place

Key Features

• Uses hypergeometric distribution for sampling without replacement from finite populations
• Properly handles state management for AlgL samplers (resets state and skip_k to 0)
• Preserves minimum reservoir size across merged samplers
• Maintains type safety and proper error handling

Testing

• Extended existing merge tests to include AlgR and AlgL algorithms
• Added comprehensive test coverage for both merge and merge! functions
• Verified that merge operations preserve expected statistical properties
• All existing tests continue to pass

Example Usage

using StreamSampling

# Create two AlgR samplers
s1 = ReservoirSampler{Int}(rng, 3, AlgR())
s2 = ReservoirSampler{Int}(rng, 3, AlgR())

# Populate with data
for x in 1:5; fit!(s1, x); end
for x in 6:10; fit!(s2, x); end

# Merge into new sampler
merged = merge(s1, s2)

# Or merge in-place
merge!(s1, s2)  # Updates s1 with combined samples

This implementation completes the merge functionality for all unweighted reservoir sampling algorithms in the package.
