This is just an experimental branch to see what happens when we swap PATH for the new interior-point solver of https://github.com/CLeARoboticsLab/MixedComplementarityProblems.jl
We will probably not merge this but instead hook up https://github.com/CLeARoboticsLab/MixedComplementarityProblems.jl to https://github.com/JuliaGameTheoreticPlanning/ParametricMCPs.jl
