This pull request changes the compat entry for the
Turingpackage from0.24, 0.25 - 0.29, 0.30to0.24, 0.25 - 0.29, 0.30, 0.36for package ppl.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
